Families Supporting Adoption is an organization sponsored by LDS Family Services which advocates a positive view of adoption and provides support to birth parents, adoptive families, and others through outreach, legislation, media relations, and education. Annually, Families Supporting Adoption holds a national conference where participants join together for educational classes, leadership training, and activities that celebrate adoption.
