To use these files, you will need to download and configure Adobe Acrobat Reader, if you don't already have it installed. You can get Acrobat Reader for free at Adobe's website: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html

Any version of Acrobat will allow you to print the charts and fill them out by hand, but the latest version will allow you to fill in the fields by clicking and typing in them. It also opens the file directly into your web browser window when you click on it.
