Joseph

Featuring many faculty by BYU's Department of Church History and Doctrine, Department of Ancient Scripture, and other LDS scholars. A joint effort of BYU Broadcasting and BYU Religious Education, the series is a scholarly examination of the life and teachings of Joseph Smith. It focuses on some aspects and events in Joseph's life that have a lasting impact on members two centuries after his birth. Susan Easton Black hosts.
Brigham Young: Prophet, Colonizer, Patriarch

In 2001, BYU's Continuing Education Department, the Religious Education Department and the Joseph Fielding Smith Institute for Church History held a conference. The topic was Brigham Young, his legacy, and impact on the church and its history. Various scholars spoke about various aspects of Brigham Young's life and philosophy.
Carl Block and Bertel Thorvaldsen
