Important Health and Safety Information
Total Body Workout is a fitness program that involves rigorous exercise. Consult your physician to assess your health before beginning this program. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, taking regular medications, or have any existing medical or health condition. If you are concerned about whether the exercises in this program are right for you, do not undertake them unless and until you’ve talked with and been cleared by your physician.
Once your health concerns have been addressed by your physician, it is advised that at any time during the Workout you stop exercising and consult your physician if you feel sick, dizzy, faint, light-headed or if you experience any pain or any unusual discomfort. You are responsible for exercising within your limits and seeking medical attention and advice.
